Status for a venue, a market, a maker, or a settlement address.
How it works
Watch is the operator's enforcement panel in Factory Console. A signed-in operator sets a status and a short reason. The screen shows that reason in words.

The subject is one of:
- the venue
- a market, written
venue:book - a maker wallet
- a settlement address on that venue's chain
What Blocked does
Opfico records the status. It does not freeze assets on the venue chain.
- A blocked venue is paused. Directory is off. The banner is "Listing paused. New deposits through Opfico are stopped."
- A blocked market leaves the board. The reason is "This book is not listed."
- A blocked maker sees "You cannot quote this venue." and no order ticket. Authport returns not eligible. Router refuses the quote. Rewards writes no new credit.
- A blocked settlement address is refused on save, on quotes, on eligibility, and on new credit for a maker bound to it.
Fills that already happened stay stored, so the status can point at them.
