| Qualifying market | A market a venue has listed on Makerbook. Still called a book in routes and enforcement keys. |
| Liquidity program | The reward, rebate, and credit rules a venue publishes in Factory. |
| Maker | A market maker. Identity is a Solana pubkey. |
| Operator | The venue's operator. A pubkey, plus an email and a domain. |
| Venue License | The operator's Token-2022 listing pass on Solana. |
| Epoch | The venue's reward window. Length, time zone, and roll hour are set in Factory. |
| Handshake | Directory, and, when the venue turns them on, Authport and Router. |
| Directory | The required catalog socket. Opfico polls it and publishes listed markets. |
| Authport | The optional allowlist for a maker wallet. |
| Router | The optional store for quotes and fills. The venue matches. |
| Adapter | The process that runs with the venue, knows its chain, and posts fills back. |
| Credit | An in-venue credit. The venue names the ticker and the coin paid on redeem. |
| Rebate | The maker cut of the venue's taker pool, claimed when the epoch closes. |
