A collaboration is one liquidity program, worked by a venue and the makers who quote it.
The venue chooses the markets, the terms, and the rebate. Makers bring the quotes: the spread, the size, and the time they are willing to rest. Opfico keeps the shared record of what was listed, what was quoted, and what was earned.
When the epoch closes, the maker claims the rebate from the contracts the venue funded. The venue's own book still matches the order. The coin never has to pass through Opfico to get there.
