Partnerships

A partnership is how a venue or a market maker joins the network.

A venue starts in Factory. It lists itself, adds the markets and order books, sets the rebate, and posts that rebate into the contracts as collateral. That is the signal that the reward is funded.

A maker starts on Makerbook. The board shows the qualifying markets and the rebate on each row. The maker quotes the venue directly, and the funds stay in the maker's control.

Opfico is the record between them. It publishes the program, checks the quote against the terms, and reconciles what the maker has earned.
